Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Information Management (PIM) and Order Management (OM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable SCM solutions, leading solution architecture, supporting integrations, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end product and order management processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and the ability to translate business requirements into robust Oracle solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and functional design for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with primary focus on PIM and Order Management.
• Design and implement solutions for Product Master, Product Information Management, item structures, catalogs, categories, and item attributes.
• Provide architecture and functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Order Management, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and order processing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Define end-to-end processes covering product creation, item lifecycle, product governance, order management, fulfillment, and shipment.
• Design integrations between PIM/OM and other Oracle Fusion modules and external systems.
• Work with integration teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and file-based integrations (FBDI).
• Provide guidance on order orchestration, fulfillment lines, sourcing, scheduling, shipping, and inventory integration.
• Support integrations with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Pricing, Financials, and external applications.
• Lead solution design discussions with business users, technical teams, offshore teams, and client stakeholders.
• Review functional and technical designs and ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production implementation activities.
• Provide technical/functional leadership for complex SCM implementations and enhancements.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, process flows, configuration documents, and technical/functional specifications.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle Applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Deep expertise in:
• Oracle Product Information Management (PIM)
• Oracle Order Management (OM)
• Strong understanding of Product Master Data Management and item lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience with Order Orchestration and fulfillment processes.
• Experience integrating PIM and OM with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, FBDI, and Oracle integration frameworks.
• Experience working with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Pricing, and Financials is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, requirement analysis, design, and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations or global rollouts.
• Experience with complex product hierarchies, catalogs, categories, and item organizations.
• Knowledge of Global Order Promising (GOP) and supply chain fulfillment.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood / Oracle Cloud UX.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple integrations and downstream systems.
