• Work with supply chain and global operations business leaders to define Oracle SCM application roadmap in alignment with business initiative and strategy • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SCM application team. • Manage Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, enhancement projects, and production support globally • Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. • Drive standardization of supply chain processes across international sites while meeting the local compliance needs. • Provide subject matter expertise across Oracle SCM modules, including but not limited to: • Inventory Management • Supply, Demand, S&OP Planning • Product Lifecycle Management • Order Management and Global Order Promising • Manufacturing and Quality • Global Trade Management • Logistics • Procurement • Oversee solution design, testing, training, and deployment • Ensure Oracle SCM solutions comply with medical diverse and international trade regulations. • Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined business processes, requirements, and functional design document • Plan, coordinate and participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing to ensure quality of the deliverables • Manage Oracle Cloud quarterly release, plan and coordinate validation and regression test, and adopt new Oracle features. • Drive continuous process improvement and supply chain lean initiatives
• Business Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering required. Masters Degree in related fields preferred. • 15+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including 3-5 years in manager role. Experience working in a regulated medical devices manufacturing environment is preferred. • Proven experience managing large-scale global Oracle SCM projects. Minimum 3 full life-cycle ERP implementations. Cloud preferred. • Oracle Cloud SCM Certification(s) preferred
