We are seeking an Oracle Unifier/Project Systems Specialist to support Project Controls teams across the U.S. while working as part of our Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) team. You'll thrive in this role, if you enjoy working with project systems, providing technical and functional support, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities In This Role:

  • Provide day-to-day support for project management and control systems used by Project Controls teams nationwide.
  • Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting project systems to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the PMIS team and Project Controls stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
  • Support system users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed.
  • Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in implementing solutions.

Here's what you'll need

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Familiarity with project management or project controls systems- specifically Oracle Unifier Systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Ideally you'll also have

  • Experience supporting project controls or engineering/construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of business process design and optimization.

74,700.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

113,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $74,700.00 to $113,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
