Position Title: Oracle WMS Techno-functional AMS Consultant
Location: Erlanger, KY (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Role and Responsibilities:
The Oracle WMS Techno-functional AMS Consultant will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle Warehouse Management Systems. This includes troubleshooting application issues, analyzing production incidents, and working closely with warehouse operations teams to resolve business issues. The consultant will also be responsible for monitoring daily transactions, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate with various teams for issue resolution and support key warehouse activities.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• Oracle EBS WMS Techno-functional consultant with 10 years of excellent knowledge in SCM modules like WMS, OM, Inventory, Purchasing.
• Good knowledge in PL SQL, Oracle MSCA, Intellinum, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
• Must have worked on at least 2 Oracle WMS Implementation projects.
• Ability to work in the Second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM EST.
• Ability to express fluently in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Understand the current business process of Warehouse Management functions and provide WMS solutioning in Oracle EBS.
• Must have worked on Oracle WMS Inbound and shipping processes.
• Provide Level 2 application support for Warehouse Management Systems.
• Troubleshoot WMS application issues, interfaces, and integration failures.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents related to receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting processes.
• Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand business issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor daily warehouse transactions and identify process bottlenecks impacting operational efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end warehouse activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, middleware, development, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, multiple teams.

• Experience with Oracle WMS Implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and business processes.
