Key Responsibilities

• Perform full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures including extractions, implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and IV sedation
• Diagnose and manage facial trauma, pathology, TMJ, and sleep apnea cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary physician team
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOMS
• Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
• Strong surgical judgment and clinical decision-making
• Team-oriented and patient-focused approach

Compensation

• $400K base guarantee
• 35% of collections with strong production upside ($600K–$1M+)
• $50K sign-on bonus
