We're seeking a high-caliber part-time Oral Surgeon who is driven by clinical excellence and patient outcomes. This opportunity offers consistent patient flow from an established referral base, flexible scheduling, and full clinical autonomy-so you can focus on dentistry, not the day-to-day management of a practice

4 days a month/Fridays or Tuesdays 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities

Bright Now! Dental an affiliate of Smile Brands, is dedicated to delivering full-service dentistry at our thriving, high-volume practices.

Oral Surgeons enjoy a competitive production-based compensation plan, with average earnings ranging from $5K to $7K+ per day.

Qualifications

What We Need From You Clinically

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
• Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Specialty Certificate from an accredited program
• Active DEA License (or in process)
• Sedation License

Your Role as an Oral Surgeon with Bright Now! Dental

You will provide a wide range of surgical procedures for your patients and provide support for our entire dental team at each dental practice you visit. You will have full autonomy over your patients and their surgical needs and you will not have to worry about the day-to-day operations of running a practice.

Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage of daily net production
