Risas Dental and Braces — Desert Sky Location 7440 West Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033

What You'll Earn

  • 40% of collections — paid out reliably, with full transparency
  • High-volume patient flow — sedation cases, implants and extractions are already on the schedule
  • No buy-in. You walk in and operate.

The Schedule

  • 12–16 days per month — pick the rhythm that fits your life
  • Fully flexible — work around your private practice, your hospital cases, or your family
  • Consistent location — Desert Sky office in West Phoenix, easy access from the I-10 and Loop 101

What You'll Be Doing

This is a full-scope oral surgery role. The bulk of the work centers on:

  • IV sedation and conscious sedation cases
  • Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
  • Implants
  • Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery
  • Pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting

Who We're Looking For

  • DDS or DMD with completed OMFS residency (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery)
  • Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain)
  • Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing)
  • Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team
  • Patient-first mindset — Risas serves a diverse, underserved community, and bedside manner matters here
