Compensation
Annual earnings range from $500,000 to $1,000,000+, with opportunities to maximize your income through:

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient surgeon who excels in communication and teamwork. Typical surgical hours are Monday through Thursday, starting at 7 AM, with a commitment of at least two consecutive days per week. This is a 1099 contractor position.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD)
- A post-graduate certificate from a U.S. surgical program in Oral Surgery
- An unrestricted, active dental license in the state of practice
- DEA registration
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- The ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- Experience with the All-on-X procedure
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing dental implant surgeries, including tooth extractions and alveolectomy as needed
- Collaborating closely with restorative doctors to develop treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
- Conducting thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Adhering to center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines

- Arriving punctually for surgical preparations
- Reviewing patient health histories, radiographs, and treatment plans
- Executing surgeries in a collaborative team environment
- Documenting comprehensive notes
