Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Diagnose and deliver comprehensive surgical treatment
• Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards
• Collaborate with referring providers and team members
• Create an exceptional patient experience and supportive environment
• Contribute to practice growth and long-term vision

Scope of Practice

• Dental implants and full-arch surgery
• Wisdom teeth and complex extractions
• Treatment planning
• Trauma cases
• Bone grafting
• IV sedation and anesthesia
• Pathology
• Corrective jaw surgery

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Board-eligible or board-certified preferred
• Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA, NPI, CPR, and required certifications
• Owner mindset with strong clinical and leadership skills
