Oral Surgery Assistant – Charlotte, NC


Join a modern, high-volume oral surgery center where clinical excellence, patient safety, and teamwork drive everything we do. We’re actively hiring an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant to support our surgeons and help deliver a smooth, professional patient experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist oral surgeons during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Monitor patient vitals and comfort levels throughout procedures
  • Provide post-operative care instructions to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
  • Manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and support

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an oral surgery setting (required)
  • Hands-on experience assisting with:
    • Anesthesia
    • Dental implants
    • Extractions
    • Complex oral surgical procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid CPR certification 
  • DAANCE/AAMOS certification strongly preferred
  • Proficient in using dental software and digital imaging systems
  • Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to patient care
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

  • Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
