You will: * Assist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons during in-office surgical procedures * Prepare and maintain sterile surgical suites and instruments * Anticipate provider needs and support efficient surgical flow * Take and process diagnostic radiographs and clinical photos * Monitor patients during pre-op and post-op phases * Accurately document patient care and procedures * Provide calm, compassionate chairside support and patient education * Follow OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards * Support the clinical team with additional duties as needed ? Education, Certification & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * MA Dental Assistant License (required) * Radiology Certification (required) * Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire) * Oral Surgery or Dental experience (beneficial) ?
