About the Role


Facial & Oral Surgery Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and helping them move forward with needed treatment.


As a key member of our patient care team, you will guide patients through treatment recommendations, discuss financial options, coordinate care, and help increase treatment acceptance through exceptional communication and customer service.


Key Responsibilities


  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients
  • Discuss treatment costs, financing, and payment options
  • Increase treatment acceptance and office production through effective communication and follow-up
  • Convert consultations, referrals, and patient inquiries into scheduled treatment
  • Follow up with pending treatment and unscheduled patients
  • Coordinate patient care and treatment scheduling
  • Build strong relationships with patients and referring offices
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience

Qualifications


  • Previous dental treatment coordinator experience preferred
  • Strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building background preferred
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
  • Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Financial literacy and experience with lending or financing platforms preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
