What you’ll do as an Orbital Welder:- Operate TIG and orbital welding machines
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect parts and maintain high-quality standards
- Use computer-controlled welding equipment
- Handle fragile materials with care
- Perform repetitive tasks and meet production goals
- Use measuring tools to check part quality
- Follow all safety procedures
What you need to be an Orbital Welder:- 3+ years of welding or manufacturing experience (semiconductor industry preferred)
- Completed or enrolled in a 2-year Welding Technology program
- Ability to read technical drawings and do basic math
- Mechanically inclined with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable in a cleanroom environment
- Strong communication and attention to detail
