We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Order Builder to accurately pick, pack, and stack products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely and independently operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to prepare shipments for delivery. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent movement, productivity standards, and a strong commitment to safety and quality control.
Duties
Responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and palletizing customer orders based on pick tickets.
Securely wrap and stage completed pallets in designated warehouse zones.
Maintain a steady pace to meet required productivity benchmarks consistently.
Operate machinery such as electric pallet jacks and walkie-riders, or manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Qualifications:
0- 3 years of general work experience required. High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills for continuous lifting, twisting, and grasping of products.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stay on your feet (standing/walking) for long periods.
NOTE:
All workers' attire should be a non-logo T-shirt (red, Blk, or grey) and a non-logo baseball cap (if applicable).
Proper safety footwear is required (steel toe, puncture-resistant sole, and above-the-ankle protection) as specifically stated below:
CCSWB Safety Shoe Specification: Puncture Resistant (Kevlar bottom); Class 75 protective toe; Slip-resistant soles that meet Mark II LS-oily/wet test at .35/higher and a minimum of 6 inches or higher.
