Partners Personnel is seeking an Order Checker for a cabinetry manufacturing company. This role is responsible for inspecting and verifying outgoing orders, ensuring all products, quantities, and specifications match customer requirements. The Order Checker plays a critical role in maintaining quality standards and supporting accurate, error-free order fulfillment.

Job Title: Order Checker (Warehouse General Labor)

Pay rate: $15.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

• Verify all outgoing orders match customer order specifications, quantities, and product requirements.
• Inspect orders for missing, damaged, or incorrect items before shipment or customer pickup.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues to management promptly for resolution.
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and properly prepared prior to release.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while following established quality control procedures.
• Support customer satisfaction by helping ensure accurate and error-free order fulfillment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, order checking, quality control, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count, inspect, and verify products and quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
