Position: Order Clerk
Location: Naplesjetcenter, Naples, FL
Naplesjetcenter is a leading provider of private jet services in the Naples area. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders from customers accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, resolve any issues, and provide updates on order status
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, including tracking information and delivery dates
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
