Description
Start your new career as an Order Entry Clerk with MAU at our client in Covington, GA. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will support customer operations by accurately processing orders, resolving order-related issues, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
Pay of $18.00 per hour
First Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What We're Looking For:
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school OR
6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Business-to-business customer service experience - required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, company policies, and sales programs
Basic mathematical skills, including calculating discounts, percentages, and commissions
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet monthly performance goals
What You'll Do as an Order Entry Clerk:
Review and process orders from internal teams and online platforms with a high degree of accuracy
Review and release sales quotes, communicating any issues promptly
Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding order inquiries and status updates
Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
Research inventory, backorders, and order discrepancies to provide accurate information
Process credits, debits, order changes, and cancellations
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, processes, and promotions to assist customers effectively
Pull and review daily and weekly order-related reports
Resolve basic and complex order issues using structured problem-solving techniques
Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Provide backup support to team members and assist with training new employees
Perform additional duties as assigned
