Job Title: Order Entry/Customer Service
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for order processing (attention to detail is critical)
- Maintain customer service inbox and respond promptly via Outlook
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, supporting sales-related activities
- File all order documents and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Coordinate with the outside sales team to meet customer requirements and follow-up needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:- Previous order entry or business-to-business customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt to daily demands
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Dependable and reliable work ethic
- ERP experience is a plus
