We are seeking a highly detailed, organized, and competent Customer Service professional. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated to be part of a small but growing team that values customer satisfaction as a key driver of success.

Job Title: Order Entry/Customer Service
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry for order processing (attention to detail is critical)
  • Maintain customer service inbox and respond promptly via Outlook
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, supporting sales-related activities
  • File all order documents and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Coordinate with the outside sales team to meet customer requirements and follow-up needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous order entry or business-to-business customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to daily demands
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic
  • ERP experience is a plus
