Order Entry/Customer Service

A growing Glass Manufacturer/Fabrication company in Long Beach has an open position for an Order Entry specialist. Some glass experience is highly preferred but not required and we will train. Responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones (very high call volume) and assisting callers as needed.
• Taking orders over the phone/email
• phone sales experience (Preferred but not required.)
• Building and developing long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Managing accounts with existing clients.

 This is an office position only ( not from home)
 Start time 7 am until 5-6 pm Monday-Friday
 Some paid overtime required
