SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Order Entry Specialist for a client in Aurora, IL. An Order Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry, order verification, cross-functional communication, and documentation.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($20.00+/HR.), depending on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include:
1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)
Job Responsibilities of the Order Entry Specialist: • Data Entry: Accurately input customer orders, updates, and cancellations into the company system with speed and precision.
• Order Verification: Review orders for completeness, verifying pricing, part numbers, and product availability before processing.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with warehouse teams to track order statuses and resolve any discrepancies or backorders.
• Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical records, generate invoices, and support administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications of the Order Entry Specialist:• Strong data entry skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or CRM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly valued.
• Meticulous eye for numbers and specifications to prevent costly fulfillment errors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact professionally with clients and internal departments.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
