What You'll Do as an Order Entry Specialist



  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner

  • Provide order updates, product information, and shipment status details

  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and return requests

  • Partner with Sales, Shipping, and Production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
