Order Entry Specialist (Contract)
Location: Hunt Valley, MD (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Weeks | Full-Time Hours

We are seeking detail-driven Order Entry Specialists to support a high-volume system implementation project. This role requires exceptional accuracy and the ability to manage large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage sales quotes and orders within NetSuite
• Build quotes and convert them into finalized sales orders
• Validate pricing, quantities, shipping details, and customer information
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data accuracy
• Identify and hold orders when required information is incomplete or incorrect
• Maintain strict quality control and data integrity in all entries

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience using NetSuite for order entry and quoting
• Strong understanding of quote-to-order processes
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with structured processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Ability to work fully onsite on a daily basis
• Availability to commit to the full contract duration
• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• NetSuite certification or formal training
• Experience with additional ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
