Job Overview:
Pay Range: $26.66hr - $28.57hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, project management, or commercial operations. Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
- Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Act as the group's representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect commitment to excellence.
- Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.
- Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
- Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.
- Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.
Skills:
- Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.
- Team player with a winning attitude.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Prior SAP experience is a plus.
