Order Entry Specialist
Location: Mount Pleasant, PA
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – Office Environment
Duration: 6 Months, with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs
Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to support customer service, order management, contract administration, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Monitor, analyze, and report on contract and order performance.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and meet schedule commitments.
Monitor order progress, financials, resources, and execution against company policies and best practices.
Identify and manage order risks and opportunities.
Track lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle and support order acceptance and contract close-out.
Support timely payments and resolution of collection disputes.
Participate in internal meetings and communicate order status and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in order management, project management, commercial operations, or a similar role; OR Associate’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Prior industrial or technical experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong MS Office skills.
SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
English proficiency required.
