Order Entry Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities\n\n Perform Email Triage as needed, containing enquiries, orders & complaints\n Acknowledge and enter sales orders (or complaints) promptly and accurately as they are received through various channels such as E-commerce platforms, EDI systems, customer portals, emails, and other communication methods according to the agreed set of business logic, workflow, priority schedule planned and also establish local set of guidelines\n Execute and manage order processing transaction accurately and promptly \n Billing plan/ downpayment creation during order entry \n Identify, investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in orders or data, communicating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly\n Where appropriate, implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence\n Perform housekeeping activities for open orders\n Receive and carry out directions as provided by team leader\n Always demonstrate accuracy of work\n Review documentation and work according to procedures laid out\n Schedule work to be completed within set timeframes\n Communicate with teams/peers and team leaders to optimize work completion\n Ensure company guidelines and policies are always met\n Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and meet Development Plan\n Support service and customer priority strategies\n Support cost reduction and/ or process improvement initiatives\n \nWhat You Need to Succeed\n \nKey Behavioural Competencies Required\n \nCompetencies: \n\n Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills\n Highly customer & business oriented\n Self-starter with a proactive approach\n Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability\n Analytical skills and ability to identify trends to work with the appropriate channels to drive corrective and preventive\n Innovative to challenge conventional practices and suggest better approaches\n Passionate to be tenacious and resilient\n Solution driven mindset\n \nTechnical Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required\n \nMandatory:\n\n Diploma or BS/BA Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree\n Fluent in English.
