Order Facilitator - Admissions

The Order Facilitator Clinic Liaison serves as the primary field representative and subject matter expert for the Hendrick Health Order Facilitator repository. This roleis responsible forbridging the gap between clinical operations and IT by visiting regional clinics to provide hands-on education, comprehensive training, and immediate technical troubleshooting. The goal is to ensure seamless order management, high system adoption, and physician satisfaction across all participating clinic sites. Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate orBachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing (RN/LPN), or Information Technology. Experience: Minimum of 23 years in a clinical setting or healthcare IT role, ideally with experience in physician relations or system implementation. Technical Skills:Proficiencyin Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and general troubleshooting of web-based repositories. Travel: Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel daily to regionalcliniclocations.
