Order Filler Assembly Clerk

Pride Health is hiring for Order Filler/Assemble Clerk for a healthcare client in Greenfield, IN 46140.

Job Title : Logistics - Order Filler/Assembly Clerk
Shift : M - F, 8 -5 and occasional Saturdays
Contract Duration : 3 Months + Contract to Hire
Location: Greenfield IN 46140
Pay Range: $16 to $17/hr 

Job Summary

Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping materials from the warehouse to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain work area and restock products as needed.
• Repack products from bulk packaging into smaller packages.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Rotate stock based on receipt and expiration dates.
• Identify and report short-dated materials (less than 90 days' shelf life).
• Recommend process improvements to the Warehouse Manager.
• Perform other duties as required.

Skills & Competencies

• Organization, teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to operate a computer, hand cart, pallet jack, flatbed, and packing tape gun.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work safely and maintain regular attendance.

Education/Experience

• 1 year of work experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs.
• Regular standing and walking.

Compensation

• Pay: Up to $17.00/hour
• Bonus: $500 upon completion of 90 days, subject to performance, attendance, and acceptance of the Client's full-time position offer.
