Job Summary:- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Filler / Assembly Clerk to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, assembling, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick, pack, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Process outbound shipments while following established warehouse procedures.
- Restock inventory and maintain organized workstations.
- Break down bulk materials into smaller packaging as required.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Rotate inventory based on receipt and expiration dates to ensure proper stock management.
- Identify short-dated materials (less than 90 days of shelf life) and report findings to the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, packing tape guns, and other required tools.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, order fulfilment, shipping, receiving, assembly, or related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
Physical Requirements:- Work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Regularly stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds safely.
- Follow proper lifting and material handling procedures.
