TVH is looking for a motivated and results-driven Warehouse Associate (Order Filler) to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This position offers a Monday to Friday shift, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

TVH Parts Co. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Order Filler to join our warehouse team in Olathe, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, checking, and packing outgoing customer orders to ensure fast and reliable fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Packing: Locate, pull, and verify inventory using packing slips and digital tools. Select appropriate packaging materials to protect items and prepare shipments securely.

• Quality & Accuracy Verification: Perform visual inspections of order items and labels to eliminate errors and maintain high order accuracy benchmarks.

• Material Handling & Physical Tasks: Safely lift, move, and stack packages regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), maintaining stamina during prolonged periods of standing or walking.

• Safety & Maintenance: Keep work channels, packing stations, and shared warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.

• Operational Support: Assist team leaders and supervisors with inventory audits, stocking, and general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Physical Demands

You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.

You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Ability to accurately match part numbers.

• Basic proficiency in using the Internet and/or computer systems to locate information.
