Order Puller / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Order Puller to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and operating warehouse equipment. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify inventory.
• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) and Manual Pallet Jacks safely.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience with order picking and packing.
• Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) and Manual Pallet Jacks.
• RF Scanner experience required.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
