A Day in the Life

Step into our Oceanside, CA facility where every shipment matters. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, your morning might begin by verifying inbound deliveries, checking labels, and making sure products are undamaged and ready for storage. You’ll keep aisles clear, zones tidy, and inventory data up to date so the team can move quickly.

Midday, you’ll shift to picking and packing customer orders with precision—confirming SKUs, quantities, and packaging requirements. You’ll handle material-moving equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts with care, following established safety practices. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate with teammates, track replenishment needs, and contribute to daily targets.

What You’ll Handle

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to the correct storage areas.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for on-time shipment.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and free of hazards.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory updates, and stock replenishment.
• Work closely with colleagues to hit daily operational goals.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse experience is helpful but not required—training provided.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long stretches.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits.
• Basic computer familiarity for inventory and order tracking.
• Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.
