Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

The isolved Order Fulfillment Specialist position reports to the Manager/Director of Production and Shipping and is semi-routine in nature. The incumbent is responsible for order fulfillment, creating shipping labels, and supporting the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This role is based in a small, friendly office-style production environment, where most work is performed at a desk using a computer. This is a 100% onsite position located in our Sandy, UT office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Core Job Duties

• Pulls and packages contents of specified orders
• Final inspection to ensure quality and conformity to standards
• Creates order shipment labels
• Conducts monthly inventory control counts
• Maintains a neat, orderly, and clean area

Minimum Qualifications

• Team player, self-motivated with attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Computer skills, familiar with MS Excel, etc.
• Writing and grammar skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to lift 25lbs
• Able to work physically on your feet
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
