As the Order Fulfillment Team Leader, you will be responsible for the functions outlined below as delegated by management.
Essential Functions:
Review systemic reports as listed below to identify and maintain a minimal number of open orders, incomplete and late order issues as Operational leadership defines strategic direction
Late Work Orders - Assembly and MSC warehouses
Unreceived Work Orders
Negative Inventory Report
Kardex vs Visual Parts quantities
Material Issue problems
Unissued Material report
Provide adequate support, training and development to continuously improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Cost & Efficiency.
Responsible for daily metric reporting monitoring and meeting daily goals.
Ensuring shifts and breaks start/end on time communicating and engaging team in achieving daily inventory requirements along with aligning the team to track and meet Key Performance Indicators.
Implementation, auditing and ensuring use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Conforms to and operates within the framework of all applicable work instructions, SOPs, quality, and safety procedures
Periodically review and provide input to update applicable work instructions, SOP's and Standard Work Instructions
Participate in all Company required Environmental, Health & Safety training events/discussions.
Perform inventory Cycle Count within the Cage for the Inventory, Order Fulfillment, Armory and Assembly areas.
Operational support in Inventory section during times of short staffing and/or vacation coverage.
Works with respective teams and departments to trouble shoot, resolve and provide input to Operations Leads to recommend improvements and solve problems.
Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment
Utilize the Lean tools to continuously improve processes.
Responsible for demonstrating commitment to and leadership of environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
Participates in the company's efforts to continuously improve in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
Expected to be a contributor to the company standards on high integrity, safety, fair and equitable treatment and a positive work environment
Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.
