Order Management and Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Chicago, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Order Management and Customer Service Representative for our logistics industry client to start immediately. Earn up to $20/hr and enjoy comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

  • Provide product and service information to customers and manage customer accounts
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints over damages, shortages, and incorrect items
  • Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on inventory status
  • Utilize MS Office, network systems, word processing, and spreadsheets for order processing and documentation
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in industrial customer service is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong math skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Spreadsheets)
Skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Familiarity with inventory monitoring and order management systems
  • Bilingual ability is a plus
