Order Management / Implementation Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX 75038 (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Order Management / Implementation Coordinator to support telecom order lifecycle operations for a high-visibility USPS account. This role focuses on managing end-to-end order flow, ensuring timely execution, and resolving issues across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle for Installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and Disconnects
- Monitor and track order progress to ensure timely completion and SLA adherence
- Identify bottlenecks, errors, or delays and proactively drive resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, provisioning, and operations
- Support USPS migration activities, ensuring accurate tracking and seamless service transitions
- Maintain detailed documentation and status reporting for all active orders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong telecom background with hands-on experience in order management (Installs, MACDs, Disconnects)
- Ability to manage high-volume order queues with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve order flow issues quickly
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High-volume telecom order management + USPS migration exposure.
