Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Order Management Representative for a growing manufacturing organization. This is an onsite opportunity based in Houston, Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Order Management Representative plays a critical role in supporting customer orders, quotations, and order fulfillment activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position serves as a key point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, process, and manage customer quotations and orders received through phone, email, and online channels
Maintain accurate pricing, product, and order information within company systems
Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with production and internal departments to support efficient order fulfillment
Monitor scheduling and inventory considerations to help ensure on-time delivery
Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies, risks, and customer concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in order management, customer service, inside sales, or a related business support role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to accuracy
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
