We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Representative to join the Customer Experience team, responsible for managing domestic orders across 30-50 assigned key accounts while delivering best-in-class customer service. This role oversees end-to-end sales order processing, leveraging EDI and automation tools, coordinating inventory reservations, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order changes, and issue resolution. The representative partners closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment, proactively communicates order status and shipment updates, and supports our 98.5% fill-rate goal. Additional responsibilities include maintaining SLAs through the CX ticketing system, ensuring accurate system documentation, identifying process improvements, and supporting Customer Experience initiatives and special projects.



The ideal candidate holds an associate"s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or university, or possesses comparable work experience, with at least one to two years of customer service experience. Experience managing retail and wholesale orders and shipments is preferred, along with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. The role requires experience working within ERP systems to manage and process orders-Epicor is preferred-as well as familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
