As an Order Management Specialist based in Morristown, NJ, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless order management for our customers.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will collaborate across functions including supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

EssentialJobFunctions:

• Manage end-to-endorderprocessing,ensuringaccuracy,timelyexecution,andcustomersatisfaction

• Actastheprimarypointofcontactforcustomerinquiries,resolvingissueswithaproactiveandsolution-orientedapproach

• Collaboratecloselywithlogisticsandsupplychainteamstoensuresmoothdeliveryandfulfillmentprocesses

• MaintainandupdateorderdatainSAP,ensuringdataintegrityandcompliancewithinternalprocesses

Qualifications&Experience:

• Bachelor’sdegreepreferredinLogistics,SupplyChain,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield

• Minimumof5+yearsofexperienceinCustomerService,Logistics,orSupplyChain,includingatleast1yearinOrderManagement

• Hands-onexperienceworkingwithSAPandstrongproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel

• FluentinEnglishwithexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills

• Strongproblem-solvingmindsetwiththeabilitytoprioritizeandmanagemultipletasks

Compensation&Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is $38,000 to $50,000, butspecificemployeecompensationmayvarydependingonfactorsincludingexperience,education,training,licensure,certification,locationandotherjob-related,non-discriminatoryfactorspermittedbylaw.Thisroleisalsoeligibletoearnashort-termincentivebonusandthefollowingbenefits:401(k)plan,medical,dental,vision,life,anddisabilityinsurance,paidtimeoff,paidholidaysandpaidsickleave.
