Are you a customer-focused professional with recent SAP experience and a passion for providing exceptional service? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Duluth, GA. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing company where your customer service, order management, and relationship-building skills will make a direct impact.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely and professional communication.
Support the sales team with lead generation activities and CRM management.
Follow up on warm leads via phone and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information within CRM systems.
Process customer orders from start to finish, including:
Order entry
Pricing and terms verification
Order confirmations
New customer setup
Quote management
Respond to customer questions regarding pricing, product availability, shipping status, lead times, and order updates.
Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, and shipping departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer repair requests, returns, and credit inquiries.
Create and assign support tickets for Product Specialists and Application Support teams.
What We're Looking For
✅ 3–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment ✅ Recent SAP experience (required) ✅ Strong order entry and customer account management skills ✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities ✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively ✅ Positive attitude, high energy, and a customer-first mindset
