We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Specialist to support daily operations within a custom manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring sales orders are accurately entered, tracked, and communicated across internal teams, vendors, and customers.
The Order Management Specialist is not a buyer role. Instead, it focuses on order accuracy, documentation, coordination, and customer support-freeing up purchasing resources to concentrate on supplier management. The ideal candidate values accuracy, follows through on tasks, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
This position will begin with hands-on, task-driven responsibilities and evolve into greater ownership of order flow and customer communication as proficiency increases.
