• Create, validate, and update customer orders in ERP according to customer requirements
• Track backlog status and coordinate committed shipment schedules
• Collaborate with production planning, material control, logistics, and warehouse to complete fulfillment
• Provide order status, delivery forecasts, and exception reports to customers
• Prepare daily/weekly dashboards on backlog, shipment status, and delivery performance
• Maintain order documentation and ensure configuration and document accuracy
• Support issue resolution for shortages, delays, mismatches, or shipment documentation
