Order Picker

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking an Order Picker to join their team. As an Order Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient order fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range: 17.83- 19.83

Shift: 1st-2nd

What's the Job?

• Select and handle materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Build customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Load and unload freight, ensuring proper storage and safety protocols are followed.
• Repack, label, and weigh orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, supporting overall warehouse safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Steel toe shoes and proper PPE for safety compliance.
• Understanding of safety standards and warehouse procedures.
