Location: Calera, AL

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday

What you'll be doing (Order Picker Job Duties):

• Accurately pick, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Operate stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, & reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret pick tickets, RF scanners, or digital order systems
• Ensure accuracy in product selection and order quantities
• Meet daily production, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

What you'll need (Order Picker Requirements):

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume shipping or warehouse environment
• Required: Experience operating electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• RF scanner experience
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures
