Job Title: 2nd Shift Picking
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50/hr
Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

As a 2nd Shift Picker, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations. You'll work closely with your team to ensure orders are accurately picked, efficiently processed, and shipped without delay, helping the company meet customer expectations and maintain smooth workflow.

As a 2nd Shift Picker, you will be responsible for:
• Accurately selecting items for orders using RF scanners, pick sheets, or inventory management systems.
• Loading and unloading inventory, ensuring quick and safe movement of products.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers to move products within the facility.
• Maintaining precise inventory counts and ensuring products are properly stored.
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote safety.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 6 months of experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., cherry pickers, forklifts).
• Minimum of 6 months in warehouse or material handling roles.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of general labor tasks.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site at 7350 Young Drive, Walton Hills, Ohio, during the second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available based on operational needs.
