Compensation: $20.00- $21.00 per hour – paid weekly

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Order Picker workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Fridley, MN. In this role, you’ll support shipping/receiving and help maintain accurate inventory in a clean, organized warehouse environment. What You’ll Do as an Order Picker:- Prepare and verify orders for shipment, selecting appropriate shipping methods
- Create packing slips and bills of lading for outgoing shipments
- Schedule truck shipments by coordinating with carriers
- Receive incoming materials into the system, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies
- Organize and store inventory, assigning items to proper bin locations
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure overall cleanliness
What You Need to Bring to the Order Picker Role:- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills; warehouse or inventory system experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED; must be 18+
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
