Job Type: Temp or Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Order Picker / Packer Description

We are seeking detail-oriented warehouse associates to accurately pick customer orders, package products, and prepare shipments while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or handheld scanners
• Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery
• Verify item quantities and product accuracy before shipment
• Stage completed orders for shipping and carrier pickup
• Label, organize, and prepare outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or packing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
