Order Picker Operator

Alliance Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Material Handling Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations for a leading plumbing supplier in Jacksonville, Florida.  Order Picker operator experience required.  The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience operating Forklifts and Reach Trucks and will be dependable, safety-focused, and committed to accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30am until complete. Occasional Saturdays.

Pay: $20 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate an Order Picker to accurately pick products from warehouse locations.
• Operate Forklifts and Reach Trucks to move, stage, load, unload, and replenish inventory.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to complete picking and inventory transactions.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Replenish picking locations and move inventory as needed.
• Stage completed orders for shipping or further processing.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, loading, unloading, and inventory activities.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently to meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Hands-on experience operating an Order Picker is required.
• Experience operating Forklifts and Reach Trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and follow pick lists, work orders, labels, and instructions.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug test.
