Job Duties:
Carefully review order sheets or digital pick lists to identify items required for each shipment
Efficiently locate products within the warehouse using handheld scanners or manual methods
Pick items with precision, ensuring the correct quantities and specifications are met
Pack selected items securely, using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
Label packages accurately with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and operational efficiency
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed to support smooth workflow

Qualifications:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand scanners or carts
Pallet jack experience recommended;forklift experience/certification preferred
Prior experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not required
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
