Location: Fayetteville, AR

Pay Rate: $14.70 - $16.70 per hour

Shift Options: 9 AM-5:30 PM or 5 PM-2 AM | Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed

Requirements and Job Duties

• 6+ months of warehouse picking, packing, or fulfillment experience
• Ability to stand entire shift and lift, carry, push, and pull 25-50 pounds
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality control standards
• Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and equipment (scanners, carts, pallet jacks, if applicable)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Team-oriented with a positive, dependable work ethic
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipment
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and productive workspace
