Company Overview: • Online auction company specializing in valuable trading cards. • Operations include receiving, sorting, scanning, order picking, and shipping trading cards. • Small, quiet, and casual work environment.
Work Environment & Requirements: • Only 5 employees currently on-site. • Very small space (similar to a back office/storage room), no windows. • Associates must fit well in a small team environment (not a large warehouse setting). • Background checks required due to high-value inventory. • Skills Needed: • High attention to detail/accuracy. • Comfortable using laptops. • Ability to match letters/numbers when picking orders. • Physical Demands: Very light lifting.
Job Details: • Hiring 3 associates. • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with lunch break. • Casual dress code. • Work includes unpacking boxes, sorting cards, and order picking with laptop carts. • Potential future training on scanning/uploading cards to website.
Compensation & Assignment: • $19/hour starting for temps. • If hired full-time: $20/hour. • Initial assignment: 3–4 weeks, but likely to extend if business growth continues. • Possibility of temp-to-hire for top performers.
